With the kind support of the Railway Board, Governing Body members and our esteemed members, IRWO Management is making sincere efforts to meet the expectations of its members.

Allotment of land for Bengaluru project from Bengaluru Development Authority is expected any time and the project is likely to take off is next few months.

All 161 dwelling units of Chennai Phase II-B project have been completed and possession of houses is nearing completion.

Unsold dwelling units at Jaipur and un-sold plots at Kota are under offer for sale and efforts are being made to monetize these assets.

Following Steps have been taken to improve productivity of IRWO for the benefit of members and allottees:

Web-site has been upgraded to make it more user friendly.
Reduction in establishment and overheads expenses of the organisation.
Online transfer of funds to/from allottees/Residence/Members is being insisted upon.
Digitization of records has been done.
Weeding out of the outdated records.
Effort are being made to monetize the assets lying idle at Jabalpur, Kota and Lucknow.
Expediting the approvals of transfer cases in HQ office.
Resolving queries of the members on real time basis.

IRWO is making efforts to monetize the existing asset in order to float some new schemes.
