Annexure E

Transfer of Ownership After Death of Allottee
The following documents are required to be submitted for transfer of dwelling units due to death of allottee.

Death of Allottee Case

Application from the claimant(s)

Application from the claimant(s) as per Annexure E-1.

Affidavit indicating all legal heirs

Affidavit to be given by claimant(s), nominee or legal heir as per Annexure E-2.

Affidavit for relinquishment of property rights

To be given by all other legal heirs in favour of claimant(s), nominee or legal heir as per Annexure E-3.

Indemnity Bond

Indemnity Bond from claimant, nominee or legal heir indemnifying IRWO as per Annexure E-4.

No Dues Certificate from RWA

Copy of No Dues Certificate from Residents Welfare Association of Society as per Annexure E-5.

Attested signature from Bank Manager

Bank attestation as per Annexure E-6.

Membership Application Form

Membership application form from transferee as per Annexure E-7 along with fee of ₹2360/-.

Death Certificate of allottee

Copy of death certificate of allottee attested by claimant(s).

Survival Member / Legal Heir Certificate

Survival member certificate or legal heir certificate from concerned authority.

Passport size photographs

4 passport size coloured photographs self-attested in front by claimant(s).

Aadhaar & PAN copies

Self-attested copies of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of all claimant(s), nominee or legal heir.

Important: Documents marked with (*) are to be executed on non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value, subject to minimum of ₹100/-, duly notarized.

Annexure F

Grant of Transfer of Dwelling Unit by Sale / Blood Relation
The following documents are required to be submitted by the applicant in case of transfer by sale or blood relation.

Sale / Blood Relation Case

Joint application by transferor & transferee

Joint application as per Annexure F-1.

Affidavit by Transferor

On non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100/- duly notarized as per Annexure F-2.

Affidavit by Transferee

On non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100/- duly notarized as per Annexure F-3.

Undertaking by Transferee

On non-judicial stamp paper of ₹100/- duly notarized as per Annexure F-4.

Signature of Transferee attested by Bank

As per format at Annexure F-5.

No Dues Certificate from RWA

Copy of No Dues Certificate from Residents Welfare Association of Society as per Annexure F-6.

Membership Application Form

From transferee as per Annexure F-7 along with fee of ₹2360/-.

Processing fee and penalty

Processing fee including GST and penalty if applicable, payable to Indian Railway Welfare Organization at New Delhi.

Aadhaar & PAN copies

Self-attested copy of Aadhaar and PAN Card of transferor and transferee.
