"Para 4.6 may be added in IRWO General Rules as under:
4.6. Unpopular scheme may remain open till the vacant DUs are booked and Wait-List created. Booking applications received in a month may be treated as one batch (received within specified period). Similarly, booking applications received during the period of subsequent each month may be considered as separate batch. This process may be continued till the entire vacant DUs are booked, Booking letters may be issued as per provisions of Para 4.2.1. of IRWO General Rules. The scheme may be closed after entire vacant DUs are booked and Waiting List created."

"Governing Body noted the relaxation made by IRWO in Para 23(1), 24(1) and 19.2(b) of IRWO General Rules to the allottees of Sonepat/Kundli Housing Scheme Phase-1 on payment of Maintenance Fund Charges, Depreciation Reserve Fund Charges and Additional Maintenance Charges and resolved that allottees of Sonepat near Kundli Group Housing Scheme Phase-1 may be allowed to pay the Maintenance Fund Charges @5.5% of construction cost and no Depreciation Reserve Fund Charges and Additional Maintenance Charges be recovered from them."

"Resolved that M/s Sanjay Salig & Co., Chartered Accountants, IX/1229, Subhash Road, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, be appointed as Statutory Auditors for the year 2013-14 on consolidated emoluments of Rs, 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) inclusive of Service Tax as applicable."
