Salient Features – Phase II-A

Phase II-A has been planned with a focus on structural safety, quality construction, modern fittings, practical parking arrangements, comfortable interiors, and a clean, landscaped living environment for residents.

1. Sample Flats Ready

Sample flats are ready for each type of units for inspection and reference.

2. Earthquake Resistant Structure

The structure of the building has been designed as per relevant IS code to make it an earthquake resistant design.

3. Use of Quality Steel

Steel from primary producers like SAIL and RINL is being used in the work for sound construction.

4. Quality Control Measures

Quality control measures are being taken at site to maintain proper construction standards.

5. Door Specifications

Main door is teakwood panelled and all other doors are flush doors.

6. Safe Windows & Ventilators

M.S. grill windows and ventilators are provided for adequate safety.

7. Vitrified Tile Flooring

Vitrified tile flooring is provided in rooms of all units.

8. Ceramic Tile Flooring

Ceramic tile flooring is provided in W.C., bath, toilet, and kitchen areas of all units.

9. Kitchen Platform & Wall Finish

Granite stone working top with glazed tiles on walls up to 0.60 m height above counter in kitchen, along with stainless steel sink.

10. Internal Wall Finish

Dry distemper is provided on internal wall surfaces in living and dining areas of all units.

11. Modular Electrical Accessories

Modular types of switches and fan regulators are provided for convenient use.

12. 3 Phase Electric Supply

3 phase electric supply is available for all types of flats.

13. Parking Facilities

Adequate car parking is available for Types C & D and open scooter parking for Types A & B.

14. Greenery & Landscaping

Plenty of green landscaping of the whole complex is planned to provide a clean and healthy environment.

15. Community / Meditation Center

Community / Meditation Center is common with Phase II-B.
