The Structure of the Building has been designed as per relevant IS code to make it earthquake resistant design.
Steel from primary producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO is used on the work for sound construction.
Quality control measures have been proposed on the work.
Main door teakwood panelled and all other are flush door.
M.S. Gate on Main Door and Grill for windows & Ventilation for adequate safety.
Vitrified Tile flooring in rooms of all units.
Anti-Skid Ceramic Tile flooring in Toilets & kitchen.
Granite working top with Glazed Tiles on wall up to 0.60m height above counter in kitchen with stainless steel sink.
Acrylic emulsion on internal wall surfaces in living room and all other areas with dry distemper.
Acrylic exterior paint.
Modular Type switches & fan regulator.
High speed Lift for all blocks.
Adequate landscaping planned to provide clean environment.
Adequate covered / open car parking & covered scooter parking.
