Rail Vihar, Kota is being developed on 12.87 acres (52,100 sqm) of leasehold land from UIT Kota at Borkheda, approximately 4 km from the main Kota Railway Station.

The plans have been approved by UIT Kota and works are already in progress, with likely completion by 31.01.2021. The project is registered with RERA Rajasthan vide Registration No. RAJ/P/2017/496.
Independent water supply, sewerage and drainage system along with electrification are being provided for the entire residential scheme. Dwelling units have been planned to be well ventilated and provided with ample natural light.
A Community Centre, Shopping Complex and landscaped Green Park form an integral part of the residential scheme. In addition to the above, sale of 54 developed plots of land has also been launched w.e.f. 22.05.2017.
