Documents Required for Issuance of Certified Copy

1. Application Form: A formal application must be submitted by the allottee requesting the issuance of a certified copy of the property document.

2. Affidavit: A notarized affidavit on Rs 50 non-judicial stamp paper is required, declaring the loss of the original document.

3. Fee Payment: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 590 per document (inclusive of GST) must be paid.

4. Police Report: A copy of the First Information Report (FIR) or a general police report stating the loss of the document must be provided.

5. Aadhar Card Copy: A self-attested photocopy of the allottees Aadhar card should be submitted as identity proof.

6. Authorization Letter: In case the allottee cannot collect the certified copy personally, a signed authority letter authorizing a representative to collect it on their behalf must be submitted, along with a valid ID proof of the representative.
