Application Form
A formal application must be submitted by the allottee requesting the issuance of a certified copy of the property document.
Certified Copy
Documents Required for Issuance of Certified Copy
Please ensure the following documents are submitted for issuance of certified copy. All submissions must be complete to avoid delays in processing.

Affidavit
A notarized affidavit on Rs 100 Non-Judicial stamp paper is required, declaring the loss/misplace of the original document.

Fee Payment
A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 590 per document (inclusive of GST) must be paid through online / Cheque or DD in favor of IRWO, payable at New Delhi.

Police Report
A copy of the First Information Report (FIR) or a general police report / DDR stating the loss of the document must be provided.

Aadhar Card Copy
A self-attested photocopy of the allottee’s Aadhar card should be submitted as identity proof.

Authorization Letter
In case the allottee cannot collect the certified copy personally, a signed authority letter authorizing a representative to collect it on their behalf must be submitted, along with a valid ID proof of the authorised representative.
Note: Please submit complete documents to avoid delays. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
For DD/Cheque, ensure it is payable at New Delhi in favor of IRWO.
