Installation & commissioning of 8 lifts, STP upgradation, firefighting, CSS 630 KVA & DG set 160 KVA.
External repainting & repairs of Blocks A, D, E & F (49 ready-to-move dwelling units).
Redevelopment of approach road, main gate, parks, and community centre with amenities.
Developer to sell total 193 dwelling units on behalf of IRWO.
