Phase - IIA
Rail Vihar Ambattur Chennai Ph-II A is a part of free hold plot of 11.88 Acres of land in Ambattur Village near Ambattur Railway station on Chennai Central – Arakkonam Section.
The modified scheme was launched in year 2006 and is having Single storey 140 units comprising of 20 units of Type ‘A’; 68 units of Type ‘B’; 30 units of Type ‘C’ and 22 units of Type ‘D’.
The detailed plans were approved by the corporation in Feb 2012. The work is completed in Oct -2018.
The Dwelling units have been planned in such a manner that adequate sun light is received by each unit. The units are well ventilated.
Adequate parking viz Open Scooter/Covered Car Parking has been provided for all units.
Community/Meditation Center is common with Phase II B and will be built with Phase II B.
Phase - II-B
Rail vihar Ambattur Chennai Ph.II B is provided in the same complex as Ph-II.A Scheme was launched in year 2014 and is having 161 units comprising of 54 units of Type II; 60 units of Type III and 47 units of Type IV.
The detailed unit plans were approved during October 2016. Community/Meditation Center plan is approved. Community/Meditation Center is common with Chennai Phase II A.
The work has been awarded in Sept 2017 & the completion certificate has been received from CMDA on June 2024. Dwelling units have been planned in such a manner that adequate sun light is received by each unit. All units are well ventilated.
Adequate covered Scooter Parking and covered car parking has been provided for all units.
