1. Membership Fee

3. Transfer Fee (On Sale & On Death)
Charges vary by housing type; GST included in totals
Summary: Below totals include GST @ 18%. Fee is payable by Transferer and Transferee.

Concession / Transfer Rules
In case of transfer within blood relations (as per Para 2(g) of IRWO General Rules), transfer fee may be reduced by 50% for both parties. This concession is allowed only once.
- Full fee applies for subsequent transfers even within blood relations.
- No transfer fee is charged if transfer is due to demise of allottee/co-allottee and transferee is a blood relation per IRWO Rules Para 2(g).
