IRWO Fees Information

1. Membership Fee

Membership Fee: Rs. 2000 + Rs. 360 (18% GST) = Rs. 2360/-

2. Certified Copy Document Fee

Certified Copy Fee: Rs. 500 + Rs. 90 (18% GST) = Rs. 590/- per document

3. Transfer Fee (On Sale & On Death)

Type I & II: Rs. 20,000 each by Transferer and Transferee
Total with GST (18%): Rs. 47,200/-
Type III: Rs. 30,000 each by Transferer and Transferee
Total with GST (18%): Rs. 70,800/-
Type IV: Rs. 40,000 each by Transferer and Transferee
Total with GST (18%): Rs. 94,400/-

Note: In case of Transfer within Blood Relations (as per Para 2(g) of IRWO General Rules), the transfer fee may be reduced by 50% for both parties. This concession is allowed only once. Full fee applies for subsequent transfers even within blood relations.

No Transfer Fee is charged if transfer is due to demise of the allottee/co-allottee and transferee is a blood relation per IRWO Rules Para 2(g).
